1. Shell and core category fil-out
There are several categories of the fit-out. The initial phase is represented by the category shell and core. At this stage, the building is finished from the outside, and it is up to you to follow the vision of your business space and move the walls, sockets and additional installation. So at this stage you already need to have an idea of how you want your space to look.
2. Fit-out category A
After this, category A, which includes already built space for future tenants. In the space of this category, you can expect ceiling lights, raised floors, finished interior walls, blinds on the windows and so on. When it comes to the fit-out of this kind of space, count on the fact that for beginning, you will need to hang out with an electrician and an installation mechanic. It is up to you to choose whether you want a suspended ceiling, wall technology, special lighting, fire protection systems, etc.
So here you get a functional space, and it’s up to you to design the side features, so that the space can move on to the next phase.
3. Category B
This category is a continuation of category A. Fit-out category B means adjusting the space according to the needs of renters. The empty and renovated space that was completed in Phase A is now being filled and given the shape of a real office. At this stage, it is very important to follow your visions and organize the space as you see fit. A space that will make you and your employees happy. Offices, common areas, kitchen, meeting rooms, floor color, furniture … all this requires experience and skill in designing.
4. The cost of the whole process
Of course, this is also very difficult to answer. The price depends not only on which stage your space is, but also on your requirements, on the region in which you are located and the building in which the business space is located. While some will only need to “make up” the space, some will need to set aside money for structural development.

They gave the basic guidelines where you have to consider all the individual costs including installation, heating, design, furniture, infrastructure costs and the like. Always leave room for unforeseen circumstances (minimum 5-10% of the total project cost).
