Driver Kurt Busch got in a heated exchange with a reporter at Dover (Del.) International Speedway on Saturday, telling Sporting News Bob Pockrass that only NASCAR probation stopped him from "beating the ****" out of Pockrass.

Busch was frustrated with Justin Allgaiers behavior in the race, saying he "drove like a you-know-what all day" because he thought Busch tried to hit him earlier on.
"[Allgaier] tried to door us and tried to do stupid things out on the track," Busch said. "Im on probation so I cant even pick my nose the right way."
SPEED video shows that when Pockrass followed up with a question about how the probation was affecting his racing, Busch replied, "It refrains me from not beating the **** out of you right now, because you ask me stupid questions.
"But since Im on probation, I suppose thats improper to say as well. If you could talk about racing things, we could talk about racing things, Bob."
Pockrass said he was talking about racing, before Busch continued, "Its not racing. Youre in this just to start stuff. Thats all youre out here for."
Busch was fired by Penske Racing in December after a string of bad behavior, including a number of run-ins with the media.
He directed an obscenity-laced tirade at ESPN pit reporter Jerry Punch, had to be physically restrained from going after NASCAR.com reporter Joe Menzer and also had an angry confrontation with Associated Press reporter Jenna Fryer in which he tore up a transcript of a prior interview.
Buschs current probation stems from an incident with Ryan Newmans crew last month at Darlington, where officials deemed he drove recklessly through Newmans pit stall. He was fined $50,000 and placed on probation through July 25.
