Playing CSDMO with custom files and an official addon. Also, showing a new hud ive made yesterday.Mappack: Alien vendettaOficial addon: 1/3 Monster health (100% reduced down to 33.3%)To use custom wads on this mod, just copy the wads you want to use inside "customfiles" folder. The mod will recognise those wads as long as they are compatible with the mod and run the game with those additional files.The mod isnt released yet, but its gonna be uploaded soon.

Yeah, worked on it in a whole day.Compatible with 16:9 and 4:3 as well.Tested on GZDoom and Zandronum.This hud was made for Quake champions rip, but I think i will release it as standalone as well.Its just an eyecandy or aesthetic hud, but it helps the inmersion a little bit =P

So, Im Tphentr is working on ripping some sprites ive sent him from Quake Champions unlisted footage videos, while im tweaking some decorate and sndinfo. This is a D-Touch version of the mod. There will be a normal version with some extra effects as well.Missing weapons: Lightning Gun and Railgun

Coming soon ;)So, finally after almost 3 years of development (and 9 months of forced hiatus because broken computer) im about to release this mod =PThere are some features i can think of:* Over 40 weapons ripped at 36 fps.* (Optional download) High res rips.* Compatible with GZDoom/Skulltag/Zandronum* Compatible with offline bots =P* Compatible with D-Touch! (Although not recomended unless you have a top-notch cellphone)* Custom HUD (in progress, replacing the csdoom3 placeholder)* (Optional download) A MapPack originally made for CSDoom 3, you can also use those textures to create your own maps if you wish =P * A "customfiles" folder, where you can put some wads/maps there and then load the game with custom content on it (GZDoom only)* A Deathmatch script that emulates the "sorta infinite" ammo from csgoAnd last but not least:* Bat files, sourceport folders and the whole mod inside 2 pk3s, rather than dozens of files spreaded through several folders (Im looking at you, csdoom3 XD)Cant think of anything else for now =P I hope you like it, AlphaEnt2 ;)

So, its seems obvious that I cant wait for Quake champions, just like happened with Doom 4 =PBut, last time, ive waited 9 months to do a trailer rip by myself. Then other mods emerged and my mod got cancelled because ive joined zion team. Now its a little bit different.No time to wait, take advantage of the "not perfect ripping scenario, but optimal lightning" video conditions and make some basic code to test the animations. Ive trusted on "Im TPhentr" to crop each sprite by hand, since he already had experience on cropping videos, makes some weapon mods and sorta identify with him, reminds me the way i used to mod 8 years ago and the passion i had back then, so thats good.I have no release date and it will be done when its done.

So, ive recovered some files from an old HDD. Therefore, ive decided to show some footage from either cancelled or never seen before mods.So, after ive played ZPortal, mod made by CutmanMike, ive decided to do my own version influenced by portal 1 but with a different kind of story, where you were escaping from some alien prison.Ive cancelled the mod after ive didnt get a proper authorization from cutman to use part of his code. Part of the story were later sorta recycled into another mod called blorc, which is an spiritual sucessor from alpha elements. it kinda fits both the story and aesthetics.Then blorc went redesigned from scratch all over again in 2014.This mod wont be released, as there are no current maps designed but the demo one designed to show cutmanmike the mod concept and authorization for the code never was received. DBThanatos later made his own portal weapon with custom code some years later and he did authorized me to use that code, but thats a different story.

Therefore, ive decided to show some footage from either cancelled or never seen before mods.Makrons revenge was a mod i was making on 2008-2010, until ive cancelled it because Invasion Infernal and Quake 4 weapons rip development. Also, it was kinda ambitious, tried to rip Quake 4 monsters, but proved to be quite complex and filesize was quite big back then. Ive ripped weapon mods and even some vehicles, but all that were scrapped.Ive attempted some years later to do some sort of remake, but it was also cancelled because mod filesize and complexity. This mod wont be released.

So, ive recovered some files from an old HDD. Therefore, ive decided to show some footage from either cancelled or never seen before mods.Earlier versions of this mod went released back then. Then when ive adquired more knowledge ive decided to rework those weapons to achieve proper 36fps rip, but then get dessapointed after ive noticed the game was actually limited to 30 fps. Ive did some rips, but the framerate limit and the ripping conditions werent quite optimal for that time, so ive put the project on hiatus. Then decided to continue the project with strogg weapons, but the hard drive crashed and couldnt continue the project. I thought the project was lost, as well as many other stuff.Today, ive recovered both the project, and the videos i was ripping, but I wont continue the project.Although, i think ill release the hud as a separate, usable resource on ZDoom forum for those who wants to use them.I do personally like this hud a lot. Its simple but useful.
