Pet Shop Boys - Paninaro - Remixe by Station Aurora

Paninaro was a youth scene that took its name from a group of youngsters that would meet at the Panino cafè (Panino in Italian means Sandwich) in Milan, Italy in the early 1980s. The group's meeting place later moved to Piazza San Babila, where Burghy, a now-defunct Italian fast food chain, had just opened its first restaurant; it then became a full-fledged subculture, which spread across Milan and other Italian cities. The name of the social group underlines the fact that its members welcomed a consumeristic globalised way of life; the fast-food sandwich is a symbol of this, as opposed to traditional national slow food heritage. The Paninaro scene developed in tandem with the consumerism of the 1980s, fostered by the expansion of a less regulated market through Reaganomics and Thatcherism and was eagerly embraced by the children of middle-class and upper-class professionals. The Paninaro movement was also diffused in some European countries, inspiring the 1986 cult song 'Paninaro' by Pet Shop Boys. Others favorite songs of Paninari were 'Wild Boys by Duran Duran, 'It's a sin' by Pet Shop Boys, 'samurai' by Michael Cretu, 'The Edge of Heaven' by Wham!, and 'C'mon c'mon' by Bronski Beat.

Music by Yanni - Street Level

engelspracht hace 4 meses

Yiannis Chryssomallis, known professionally as Yanni, is a Greek pianist, keyboardist, composer, and music producer who has spent his adult life in the United States. Yanni continues to use the musical shorthand that he developed as a child, blending jazz, classical, soft rock, and world music to create predominantly instrumental works. As this genre of music was not well suited for commercial pop radio and music television, Yanni achieved international recognition by producing concerts at historic monuments and by producing videos that were broadcast on public television. His breakthrough concert, Yanni Live at the Acropolis, yielded the second best-selling music video of all time. Additional historic sites for Yanni's concerts have included India's Taj Mahal, China's Forbidden City, the United Arab Emirates' Burj Khalifa, Russia's Kremlin, Puerto Rico's El Morro castle, Lebanon's ancient city of Byblos and Tunisia's Roman Theatre of Carthage. Yanni has employed musicians of various nationalities and has incorporated a variety of exotic instruments to create music that has been called an eclectic fusion of ethnic sounds. Influenced by his encounters with cultures around the world, his music is said to reflect his one world, one people philosophy.

BMG Ariola 1990 Album - Game of Love Title - How I Need You Version Discotheque Club Mix Bad Boys Blue are a multinational pop group that was formed in Cologne, Germany. The group performed many international hits including 'You're a Woman', 'Pretty Young Girl', 'I Wanna Hear Your Heartbeat', and 'Come Back and Stay'. Bad Boys Blue was formed in the summer of 1984 by German producer Tony Hendrik and his lyricist wife Karin van Haaren. The original trio was comprised of Jamaican Trevor 'Supa T' Taylor (the original lead vocalist), British John McInerney, and American Andrew Thomas. Their debut single 'L.O.V.E. In My Car' failed to make an impression in the pop charts but the follow-up 'You're a Woman' was a success, reaching the top 10 in many European countries. The group became massively popular in Eastern Europe and South Africa, with the band performing to sell-out crowds in Russia and Ukraine. In contrast, the group never charted in the UK, and their only charting U.S. singles were 'Save Your Love' (1993) and 'Luv 4 U' (1994) which became successful chart hits. Those singles were from two of their albums that were released stateside. Those albums are Bad Boys Blue (1993) and To Blue Horizons (1994).
